STEM Robotics Program for school:
An excellent activity based program with multi-disciplinary hands-on learning solution, suitable for schools to add an extra value to motivate the creative children and to fulfill parents expectation. This program helps the students to apply the textbook knowledge and create new things. The modules are prepared considering the whole development of a student required to build confidence, creativity, analytical aptitude and problem solving skills. Innovation and culture of innovation is the hallmark of progress of any nation. The decade 2010-2020 has been declared as the Decade of Innovation in India to inspire the culture of innovation. If you have a brainstorming meeting and you think of several new ideas then you have displayed creativity but there is no innovation until something gets implemented. Somebody has to take a risk and deliver something for a creative idea to be turned into an innovation. This risk has already been initiated by AAMR in the North Eastern Region.
I appreciate the initiatives of AAMR for inspiring young students to develop critical thinking and creative mindsets to identify problems of the society and to provide innovative solutions for the same. Hands on learning for the young minds is very essential for building future Science and Technology task force.
I wish AAMR a grand success in all the activities being carried out for building a culture of out of box thinking in the North Eastern Region.

In many cases we observe that students do not find science and mathematics interesting and therefor they find the subjects very difficult. It is appreciable that through many practical task and experiments AAMR is trying to generate the interest for science among the school children.

Appreciation from Principal of Different Schools
21st Century is ‘The Era of Responsibility’. In this era, challenges grow every day. The young generation can survive only when they inculcate the quantities of inquisitiveness, exploration, experimentation and innovation in them. In this competitive and ever-changing world, if the school students direct their attention to build their scientific skills and harness their creative and critical thinking abilities, they would explore new boundaries of research and innovation and by that way transforms themselves into efficient and responsible members of the society.
Academy of Aero Modeling & Robotics (AAMR) in this scenario came out as promising group which provides supportive endeavours for the students to fruitfully develop interest in research and innovation.
In Army Public School Basistha, AAMR has been organizing workshops for last two years. They introduced our students to concept of Robotics and Aero Modeling and got them to learn about automation and embedded systems. The practice on system building, science basics and robotic principles suitable for the learners group indeed created a wave of excitement and interest among the students.
We wish AAMR with all its effort will continue to motivate and inspire the young minds who have hopes of being tomorrow’s scientists, engineers and nation builders and become the workforce of the country.

If I had to specify one factor in this 21st century world which has the capacity to change the fortunes of a nation or an individual, one factor which can single handedly spearhead a favourable turn of events, it is the ability to innovate.
INNOVATION is that powerful tool that can open the floodgates of sustainable growth and economic prosperity of a nation. And this is exactly why we need to sow the seeds of innovation very early in young minds, ignite the spark of originality at a tender age, channelise the strength of our kids and empower them with the capacity to create new ideas and ability to invent.
An assured way of working towards this goal is to promote STEM education as an inevitable part of the school curriculum. Workshops and classes on aero modeling, robotics etc. work exactly in this direction. This is specifically the reason why, we as an institution, hosted workshops organized by “Academy of Aero Modeling & Robotics” run by “Innovation, Science & Technology Foundation”, Guwahati.
I wish that the academy keeps on working towards their goal of “making kids think like scientists and engineers”.

It was one of those great days the day I met Mr. M F Haque. That we can have robotics classes introduced in schools here in north-east made me very happy.
With Mr. Haque, we have started the robotics club in our school, Bal Bhartis Public School. Not many students have opted for it. The ones that are in the class have already learnt a lot through this method of STEM that Mr. Haque patiently teaches them. Not only are they thrilled to make robots, but are also much motivated to learn more of science and math, beyond the curriculum as well.
Thanks to Mr. Haque for his dedication and passion to work with children of his home town.
